Hi I am Jess and I am one of the Aerial Instructors at GLD.

I joined GLD pretty much almost from the start just over 7 years ago. I started with pole which I absolutely love and is still one of my passions. I then started hoop, shortly followed by silks. I have fallen in love with them all ever since. I hadn't had much dance or gymnastics experience but over the years have gained so much confidence and strength in this sport. Can honestly say it is the best thing I ever did joining GLD

Favourite Pole Moves : Swimmer, Sail, Ballerina and inverted Unicorn.

Favourite Aerial Moves : Walking Man, Ballerina under the bar, anything splitty really.

Nemesis : Handspring - Regular and Cup Grip, Heel Hangs and Around the Worlds.
