Aerial Silks Classes are currently held at 2 of our venues - The Howard Venue in Hextable and The Studios in Maidstone

 

Aerial Silks (also known as aerial tissues, aerial ribbons etc) involves two lengths of fabric rigged to the ceiling. Starting with basic climbs and pretty shapes to gain strength and confidence on the apparatus, you will soon be tumbling in the air with a variation of drops and rolls.

Aerial Silks is a perfect way to compliment your strength and flexibility training. Levels are structured from the absolute beginner to the aspiring circus artist, with moves and exercises allowing for progression to higher ability levels.
