Aerial Hoop Classes are available at 4 of our venues.

If you are keen on starting Aerial, I would recommend starting with Aerial Hoop. The easiest discipline out of our aerial classes. However, yet still fun and challenging!

Aerial Hoop (also known as Lyra) dates back to 1893 and is still going strong! It is s a large steel hoop, suspended from the ceiling on which you can create beautiful shapes and poses in and around the hoop, you will soon be linking them together to make combos.

If you wish to give Aerial Hoop a go - please make sure you're covered up! Leggings and sweater are perfect! No need to get your legs out!
